Since we have lived here there has been five break-ins, including garages, cars, and some attempts on apartments. Staff has not informed us OF ANY of the break ins. They are also very rude, (the two females at the front desks, more than likely the ones that will show you the apartments, DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU!!!). I hope you see this and know that there is extreme safety issues, (this includes stolen vehicles (seriously), stolen rims, and multiple items from garages). And the price is not worth what they are renting. When my lease is up I WILL be moving!!! CAN'T WAIT!!! If you are a parent like me you will not appreciate the large amounts of dog droppings everywhere, (that the staff does NOTHING about, after multiple reports and pictures of people doing it!!!). Hope this helps you with your decision on where to move. Last but not least there is no security, even after all the break-ins. And furthermore the parking is very limited and they charge for every spot that is covered (and no one even uses them!!!). The fitness room has nothing but broken equipment and has not been fixed since i lived here, and i've lived here for a year now. The "hot" tub is COLD!!! There are always loud and obnoxious residents in the pool at all times of the night with no respect for others. Loud music, fast moving vehicles, trashy... trashy balconies, and the moaning is terrible (if you know what i mean). Now for the good things, ... oh wait there isn't anything good, except the maintenance guys, they are so sweet and very helpful.
