Overall, it's a nice place. Fairly quiet on the golf course side, not much highway noise. Apartment interiors are in good condition, outside is being painted now (long overdue). Grounds are kept clean of trash. It's too bad not everyone picks up after there pets; there are certain hot spots that should have biohazard signs due to the poo. Although there isn't much management can do about that, it's up to the tenants.

Parking is the worst issue and there isn't much that can be done about it except rent a garage or carport if available. If there aren't any spots available, definitely do not illegally park in any disabled person spot or on striping. Police do patrol writing as many tickets as possible for any illegal parking.

If your home around 6 everyday, you'll have a spot without a problem. Anything after 7 and you will have a problem more times than not.

Overall nice place with decent staff including maintenance. Would recommend if you can overlook the parking.
