OH MY GOD...Where should I start, horrible maintenance staff,office staff is as bad as they come. They are trying to charge us for water, a bill we are suppose to receive in the mail but have not received but yet they make up their own bills and try to charge us for it. Then when you try to got the office and explain that you have not received a bill they give you some lame story and try to tell you that you have to pay and thats that. The manager is rude and it always smells like smoke in the office. They are very unprofessional and try to cheat you on your bills or rent. Roaches everywhere, better bring raid if your moving in. And when you try to get out of your lease they come up with all these ridcuelous charges to try to make you stay or threating to send you to collection.
