Manager: Likes you or don't. LIkes you Gives breaks.Rent.water.Late Fees.
Dislikes you: No Breaks.Rent.Water. Late Fees.
Likes to gossip. get in personal life & affairs.
Assistatnt Manager: Goes long with MS. Linda.Don't
let her fool you.She will talk behind your back.
Both dab in your personal life and use it against you
to their advantage.
Building structure: Poor.Thunderstorms destroy property.Roof &
Windows. Building has shifted. You can tell by the wall &alignment
inside of apartment. older model building structure.
Laundry facilites: fair/poor.Washer&Dryer Connections avaiable some units.
Security: Better up front by office side. MS.Linda.and her
friends walk through at night. Manager,staff,and manager's close friends
near office.Police pass through the property time 2 time.
Lighting: Near dark. Needs more lighting.
Forest Area where there are alot of trees: Beware renters:
There have been known SNAKES to be found up by curtain rods.
shoeboxes. dishwashers.
Playground area on premises. Ms.Linda use to buy new equipment but resident kids have tore it up. There is still old equipment on premises for kids to play.
Events: Ms.Linda likes to schedule events during the summer.
She likes to get the residents involved with events. Come out& participate
There use to be Bingo with prizes during the week.Loves 4 residents to b active.
Parking: Scheduled for own parking spots but I ? if that has
been done. This has been a problem since Ive been here,though.
It was better when no parking space were assigned.
Incidents of water being turned off due to WATER PROBLEMS & SEWER PROBLEMS.It
has been known that water &sewer problems has shut off resident water for DAYS.
Roach problems.
Pay your rent or office comes to get your personal property 2 hold for
collateral.You will not b able 2 get it back until rent & late fees paid. You
will lose your property 4 REAL if you don't pay your rent &late fees.
Management does not play this game!
Daycare on premises.Daycare closes @ 6 p.m. Pick up your kids or their is
late fees.
Trash is picked up several xs during the week. The more big items in trash less amount for normal trash.
Pool on site surrounded by flowers. Do not bring your trash or tear up property.
Keep eyes on & 4 kids. Ms.Linda sometimes schedules pool parties at night.
Functions at night. LAte Evenings Ms. Linda &staff reserve for their own swim
hrs.8/9- late at night.
IF you are going to make a commitment to pay rent or late fees with staff
keep your word.

Thunderstorms are a problem for entrance by barnyard side of complex.

It does structure damage to roof.windows.building.
