Where do I start' Let's see... We only got one parking pass, which means that one of our cars has to be parked out along the fields, which happens to be next to section 8 apts that are ghetto, or next to the highway! If you accidentally park the wrong car in the wrong place, guess what, you'll be towed! The tow trucks come out at night & snatch as many cars as possible. My car was towed "on accident." Mgmt. ordered that a similar car be towed, and they took mine instead. Did I get so much as an appology' Uh...no. I had a friend visit one night and her truck just disappeared from it's parking spot by the field. It was either stolen, or towed & dropped when they realized it was the wrong truck. I live in a 600 sq ft apt & for the last 3 months, my elec bill has been atleast $200!!! Our hot water has been turned off about 8 times in the last year or so. They set up a white trash sprinkler outside of my building one morning, so when I woke up, the sprinkler was spraying 4 feet into my patio. Your apparently not supposed to have anything nice out there. Our neighbors like to bass there music in there piece of crap cars. When you complain about the noise, the mgmt will ask them to turn it down & that's all. Every time I called about the same people, they did the same thing...a whole lot of nothing. The light outside of our building just flickers, so it's not well lit. Our breezeway light has been out for 2 weeks, but I guess I'll have to call every time the light bulb goes out, because they don't seem to monitor the conditions. I had a new stackable w/d delivered, only to realize that they don't have dryer plugs. Just four regular outlets. And on top of that, they won't change it to suit your needs!! It's all about their convenience. Our office staff are friendly, usually, but they wear jeans & shorts with T-shirts & I've even seen one of them walking around the office without shoes on. They watch tv on the couch when they having no one to lie to & sucker in to renting with them. Yes, they offer great rates. Lots of discounts, but that's because it's trashy!! You get what you pay for!!!!
