I have lived here for 5 years and am very happy. There are many multi-year tennants living here and that provides the opportunity to know your neighbors. Gym facilities are not available on site but free membership to a neighborhood gym is provided. The complex does not provide security services but police response is very prompt. There is an active neighborhood watch program that provides peace of mind.

This is an older complex and the units are spacious and well maintained but don't expect designer extras.

Maintance personnel is very visible, friendly, and on a first name basis with renters. I had an air condition problem last year and I was offered use of a model apartment until the problem was resolved.

Management personnel is new but seems very proactive.

Good location close to resturantas, grocery and convienient stores, daycare facilities, banks, churches, and parks.

Gym membership is $20/6 months, not free.
