I have lived in Oates Creek apartments for over 6 years. I would recommend these apartments but my recommendation comes with a little hesitation. The apartments are general pretty good. But there are a few issues regarding maintenence and upkeep that sorely need to be addressed. Also consistency in enforcing community rules and policies needs to be improved BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

This post is old and I would have to say that things change in time. THIS COMPLEX IS A JOKE. If you were to be lucky enough to find an apartment without any problems in this complex (thought mine was until I got a neighbor upstairs - now I can't sleep) then you would be very lucky as the person above was. But, try going outside, if you like gangs & drugs than this is the place for you to go. You would probably be a whole lot better if you moved in to this complex if you sell your car before moving in. Don't try to count on it for reliable transportation with the crime rate at this complex. Try using the DART bus to save some money on replacing the whole thing or just the windows and anything inside of it.
