When my fiancee and I moved in a year and a half ago it was nice. Lately there are drug deals going on in the building behind us and my car has been broken into. Management does NOTHING!! we have been promised security patrol for the last 6 mo. but has not shown up yet. The wood in the bathroom is falling apart. I can't wait to move out! Drug dealers and theives are very rapant here! Do not move in!

Security Patrol?? There wouldn't be one of those coming around this community if you paid them to. I must say that I would care less for any security patrol. Although, I could make a whole lot more again. A couple of years ago I was robbed and shot in the head on the job. Just happened to be at a complex a few miles down 635. They had "Security" as well, I can't say that I am unhappy about that agent. They were very easy to get in my lawsuit when evidence showed what those agencies provided for the apartments they cover. If the place is bad enough that they willingly admit they need security then it is not safe. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING INTO THIS COMPLEX. IT ISN'T SAFE AND IF YOU ARE THAT LUCKY NOT TO EXPERIENCE A BURGLARY HERE IT WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS TO TRY AND MOVE, EVEN WHEN YOUR LEASE IS OVER. Please just read some of the other reviews. If that doesn't do enough then just drive around this complex and ask a few residents for their opinion. If you feel safe enough to just drive around the parking lot.
