These apartments are really gross. There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE and they say that they spray but they obviously don't. The fire alarms go off all of the time, probably from the cockroaches crawling in them. The maintenance sucks most of the time. They half-@$$ fixing things or fix them only temporarily. I've personally witnessed and heard a knife fight and spousal abuse in my own building. Never mind the fact that there are cops and ambulances speeding by all of the time to other apartments. I have had apartments around mine broken into, came home to find cops sitting outside of my apartment because someone broke in upstairs.The other day my mother let my dog out to potty at like 2 AM and there were cops stalking around with guns and flashlights. I've had bad experiences with most of my neighbors (No one lasts more than 6months - year). They were loud and we had to listen to them fight and fling each other around. And most of my neighbors were so shady that if you called the cops on them they would know that it was you. There are a lot of thugs walking around with their pants down to there knees and when I went to get the mail there were a bunch of idiots smoking weed outside in the broad daylight next to the leasing office. They annually raise the rent to ridiculous prices that you can get out of by saying that you will move out of this hell hole if they raise your rent one more time. The good things that I can say about the apartments is that the management are nice and that the apartments look nice from the street but once you drive in the complex they look like crap. Oh and don't ride around on a bike or you will be sexually harassed by men who can't speak English. It's hell pulling out of the apartments and there are crashes all of the time.Oh and the pool is pretty. Too bad all of the little stupid thugs from the apartment complex walk across the field and trash it every summer resulting in us having to pay more rent so that management can fix it and close the pool for the whole summer. Oh and if you get home after 8:00 you can forget about parking anywhere close to your apartment.

This is definetly a good post, But, they obviously never had to deal with the management. They are a joke, without any doubt about it!!!
