Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
We have lived here for about 6 years and have no complaints to speak of about Oates Creek. The only problem is the "one way in - one way out" entrance with the steep incline leading to a very busy street. The design is contemporary, yet not extravagant. Great place for families or singles. Management has changed hands several times, however there have not been any real issues with it. Parking is unregulated and scarce unless you enjoy walking 600 yards to your apartment. We highly recommend this property.
