I have been a resident of One Townecrest for 5 years and there's not a better place to live in the area. It's close to I-635, Hwy. 80, I-30 and plenty of shopping at the Town East Mall and surrounding restuarants. My apartment has consistantly been updated over the years with ceiling fans, crown molding, microwave ovens, etc... (when necessary).
The office staff (especially Jill) has always been fair and friendly. Maintainance has always made repairs in a timely manner. The community is usually quite and I've experienced very few problems with noise or disturbances. The property is well maintained throughout the year.
(After reading some of the negative reviews, it's clear to me that there will always be disgruntled customers that had credit problems or haven't paid their bills on time - and they want to blame their problems on someone else. I can assure you that the staff does everything possible to make the One Townecrest Apartments the place to call "Home".)
