People come, people go. Those that left were probably asked to leave. After a 10 year acquaintance with the staff at One Townecrest, we have the utmost respect for people who pay attention to detail and listen to their residents. People watch out for people, property, cars, buildings and those that come and go day and night. I've only known of three cases in the last 3 years when a resident was not very much appreciated by their neighbors. Loud music and a little alcohol can cause people to do things they shouldn't. Jumping up and down on your bed when people below you are sleeping is not a good idea. Running your vacuum cleaner at 5:30 in the morning' Well, that's just plain stupid. Blasting your music at 2:00 am is against the law in this town. It's call disturbing the peace. Allowing your teenager to break things on the property, consume alcohol or cause noise after ten o'clock at night...well-we'd just rather not have that kind of people in this part of town.

I'm not saying that directly to anyone. I am simply responding to the people who have had negative things to say about the staff and management at OTC. It's a lie.

I have since moved from the property into a ranch house on 300 acres in Forney Texas, but I maintain my relationship with the staff and residents at OTC. Never heard a complaint that was not resolved within 48 hours.

Get out of line, do the time. Talk about others, remember they are your brothers according to God.

You won't find a better location with easy access as clean as OTC anywhere in Mesquite. The property is scanned daily for any trash that may blow around and it is picked up. The pool is cleaned daily.

I might add that some of the issues presented are the result of residents or people who did not live at OTC causing minor problems. Even minor problems are addressed & peace and quite will continue to remain the focus of all of us.

It's a good thing to have people in each building talk to each other & speak out about things that go on around us. It's a bad thing to bad mouth a lady or people who have a job to do.

You'll never meet a nicer group of people that those who manage One Townecrest. But if you're like Kenny Rogers and didn't learn to stop breaking things when you were six years old then you will probably be suspended!

I completely agree although I haven't been at One Towncrest for very long. I base my views on only 8 months of residence but it's very easy to see how great it is here. It's comfortable, peaceful, and the staff are awesome. When I saw a problem they fixed it..quickly. They are thoughtful of their tennants showing this not only with the parties but to my surprise...birthday bouquets! I plan to stay here as long as I am able.
