Folks, one or two people who created their own bad experiences themselves (below) DOES NOT COUNT, so just ignore them. They are probably the one who blows at you when you don't leave the red light fast enough or tailgates when u r driving the speed limit. The most important thing to understand about a LEASE IS THAT: You pay your deposit, pay your rent & live at a place until your lease is up. THE MANAGER AT OTC WOULD NEVER WRITE WHAT THE "Free Grazer" assumed was written. She's more professional than that. Neighbors talk & a neighbor wrote it. We all know that the OTC staff and management are the best in Texas. Just compare the properties in the area & run a crime statistic report & you will find OTC to be one of the safest places to live. Drive by, stop anyone on the property & ask us how great this place is. There's over 100 empty parking places, great lighting at night & plenty of nice people around here. Seems there is always one person that can't be happy. God-bless-his-soul.... And if ANYONE ELSE thinks it's worth the time to even respond to his rude remarks, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. HE IS NOT WORTH IT. Support the OTC Management, Owners and Staff & let them know how much we care about each other.
