I must say that I have been very pleased with my experiences at One Towne Crest Apartments. I had looked at a sister property in Garland that is owned by the Tipton Group and from there that is how I found out about this location in Mesquite. I have been very pleased with the office staff and maintenace staff they have bent over backwards to make my apartment and stay here very comfortable. I have lived in apartments for approx. 15 yrs and have never found any of them to be so acommodating as One Towne Crest. I know there are negative reviews posted here in this web site but I think when you get down to it there are rules that renters must follow, and I don't think that they are that hard. I have read other reviews at this web site and wonder how many rules did that renter break and how many unruley demands did they place on the management staff that they proberly did or try to accommodate' I can say my experience with One Towne Crest has been extremely good and I would reccommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a home.
