I have lived in this complex for 4 yrs and it has been a awful experience. The first two years were okay but the last 2 have been terrible. Maintainance has had to fix the same things over and over again. It's not very secure. I have had stranger come to my door in the middle of the night banging on the door and tring to enter. I called out "courtesy officer" when someone tried to get into my apartment and no one called me back or came by to assess the situation. The mesquite police dept had to be called out on all accoutnts. The office staff it RUDE. The apt manager is very rude and nasty when I came to her to explain some charges and fees. She was very condescending and snappy. I can not wait for my lease to be over! Oh yeah the do not de-ice the breezeways after a ice storm. If you have an alarm system they will constantly set it off and call you after the fact knowing that they have the pass code on file! The location may be great, but it's not worth the headache. There are far better properties in the area that offer better amenities and floor plans for your dollar.

If it's so bad, why did you stay for 4 years? Awful is taking your personal frustrations out on a SUPERB STAFF who have a job to do. When we sign a lease, we should read it first. NO I DON'T KNOW YOU BUT people like you usually rip the staff apart when they try to cheat a property out of a lease agreement.As a permanent fixture around here, if you think there are better properties-go ahead and call the movers. Maybe one of my fireman buddies can respond and help you move!
