As of June 6th, we are no longer tenants of One TowneCrest. I will say while they did have their problems, they did attempt to address them. I personally liked Jill but the asst manager appeared to be annoyed or very short when you presented her with an issue. They have a high turnver in leasing agents also. The maintenance staff has improved and as long as Scott is there he usually makes thing right. I must admit they have allowed some hood rats in lately and they fuss and argue loudly. I have never seen security even though he supposedly lives on site. I have heard people in the pool at 2-3am so where is the patrol' Thye invited us to come back if we ever need a place but until they update and fix the place up, we will look at other options.
