I can't believe some of the reviews I am reading....where do they live' I have lived at One TowneCrest for 3 years and have never encountered any of the problems written about. All maintenance problems (which are few) have been taken care of within 48 hours, usually the same day. My apartment has no bugs, AT ALL, and never has even though I don't usually use the free exterminator which is offered often.r care. The complex I live in is very quiet; I hear no noise whatsoever. The staff and Jill have always been very friendly and accomodating. Yes, there has been a turnover in support staff, but so what....as long as there are no glitches. If you pay your rent on time, and are friendly yourself; and like peace and quiet, you will enjoy living here.
