flood damage left untouched

I lived there for over 7 months except 3 months before the lease was up the neighbors next door (who were very noisey and had an illegal animal sheltered there) a/c unit froze up. I had been packing to move for a while when it happened and had a lot of wooden antiques pressed up against and stacked along the wall by the other unit. The moisture seeped through the walls ruining all of my furniture, my rug, the carpet, and the molding in the apartment. I informed the manager the day I came back from vacation and noticed it and nothing was done for a week so it forced me to move out 3 months ahead of schedule.
I routinely checked on their progress and discovered nothing done and red sand was covering the floors from the maintanence they had hired. I was completely disappointed in the quality of their work
