When i first moved in they give you a sheet to check off things that needed to be fixed and my cabinets were peeling they looked horrible, i moved in knowing they were like this but the apartment manager swore to me they'd be fixed in three weeks..i complained and complained for four months and they just had new excuses every time i complained! They never got fixed. Also after two days ants came and took over my apartment, in the bathroom and in the closets like crazy! I had to fix that problem myself because maintance wouldnt. Then everytime i took a shower there was a huge leak under the bath tub and toilet that would flood up my bathroom, i complained manitance told me they didnt see anything, basically telling me im crazy! How could they miss seeing a pool in my bathroom'' Thats about the only thing they fixed they cocked around the bathroom floor. The grounds outside are so un leveled that when it rains it floods out your patio, my dog would get soaked from feet to his head stepping outside. I payed a $300 pet deposit they lost my money order and told me i owed more money for my dog! I rose hell with managment. My apartment was broken into not once but twice and they managment refused to let me out of my lease with a young girl being myself feeling afraid to live in my own home! They wanted to charge me $2,282 to move out ridiculous! I got so fed up i just ended up packing my ---- and left. I do not reccomend living there in less you get new locks on your door and you dont plan on getting a animal!
