My roommate and I lived at this property for about three years and for the most part, it was fine. However, there were some issues that arose during the stay.

The Good
*Usually quiet
*Well priced
*Spacious 2 bedroom apartment
*Parking was ampel
*Maintanence staff was friendly and responded fast

The Bad
*For some reason, our kitchen light bulbs would pop out constantly. We couldn't keep the lights on. After three weeks with a new bulb....it blow out.
*The water bill was obnoxiously high. Approx. $40 bucks a month!
*The behavior of one of the office managers was shocking. I had an expensive item shipped to the office, since I was gone, and when I went to retrieve it, she had it laying out in the front room on the counter, where anyone could have taken it in two seconds. Then acted simple when I questioned her on it. Additionally, there was a payroll goof up and my roommate called to let the manager know the rent could be two or three days late, sounds simple and normal right' This manager told my roommate if the rent check wasn't in the drop box ON DUE DATE, we would be evicted and she would have to put "that ugly letter on our door". And then had the gall to suggest that we pawn our items so we could get the rent money on time. (And yep, thats how we were treated after never being late while living there two years)

The neighbors were nice in general. Although, a woman with two children that lived behind us had severe difficulty. It sounded like she was picking up her children by the collars and spining them around the room like a helicopter. Then, she would curse them out ALL hours of the day and night, like they were grown adults. And the screams, coming out of that apartment!!! Those kids were get whipped till they COULDN'T scream anymore!


But all in all. I would recommend this place for someone that was looking for an alternative if money was tight.
