I lived in these apartments for 2years and they were living hell. staff was so rude and then they started to build a church behind the apartments and they got infected with mice. the staff did nothing about it. they neighbor and i took turns on a daily bases dropping off the mice we caught on the plastic strip one day we caught a total of 11. but they would come through the stove through the sink it was so bad. and we i put poison out they died in the walls and the snich was so bad. you could here them in the middle of the night crawling the walls and the water sprinklers outside would leak into the apartment and destroyed a wood bed. I finally had to get dallas housing authority out there to help me and help me get out of the lease.they were worn 3 times to help me rid this problem so dallas housing rid it for me.
