To the tenent that said she doesnt believe what I said in my review, believe me it is true. My next door neighbors were college students who did not now what sleep was. There were kids going in and out all hours of the night. I asked nicely several times to please be a little less noisey since I had to get up at 4:30am for work, but they were rude and always said something hateful back to me. I just gave up and always had to wear earplugs every single night! No one should have to live that way. Parties were constant especially on weekends and drugs and drinking were rampant! Trash was left on the front porch for days at a time and the smell was alful. One night a yound man threatened to jump from my 3rd story balcony. I was awakened by police knocking on my door. Drama was constant! I was surrounded by people who really loved loud music and noise. I am so very happy now that I am in a nicer apartment with a better class of people!! You can have Mesquite and Smith Ridge. I am finally out of Dallas County and believe me it is a very different life! Good luck to you, maybe you are living in a better section of the complex, I was in the efficiencies which I wouldnt recommend to anyone. I am a nice older lady, not a mean person, but my 2 year stay at Smith Ridge was a nightmare whether you believe me or not.
