In writing this review, I want to point out that not everything is bad from this property, I actually think it's a pretty nice place comparing to what you pay for. I believe that it could use some heavy maintenance. Plumbing is a Big problem but it's something that needs to go though the City of Mesquite, from what I was told. Staff and maintenance are really friendly in explaining and being concern about problems. I think us as tenets, need to do a better job of cleaning our places. I've been to some neighbors's apartment and WOW, is it NASTY, maybe that's where we get all the roaches and mice from, it's logical.
