First off, all the people who claims that this apartment is really nice, all I have to say is drive through there and let the sights and noises speak for itself. The first day I moved in, they had DEA do a drug bust on one of the apartments. In the two years I lived there the dish washer never worked (they never would come to fix it), the a/c never worked properly, and they never came to replace the light in the fridge. Also, there was kitty litter and catfood all over the carpet in one room from the previous tenants. The other tenants make the apartment even worse. Nothing but noise from morning throughout the whole night. Whether it was loud music or just people yelling outside, I could never get the people in the office to do anything about it, even when I called the cops numerous of times. On top of the disgusting apartments and unruly tenants, my apartment was broken into in broad daylight along with many others and my truck was broke into in the same week. And lastly, mainly the noise was the problem. This is by far the worse apartment in Mesquite and anywhere else in that area I've ever lived. With all the ratings, if I could go below one, it was seriously the crappiest apartments ever.
