When I seen the website and model for these apts I was very impressed. Upon actually seeing the apartment I would be moving into I was immediately disappointed. I've never had roaches but the second day I moved in suddenly they were popping up everywhere. Ants come in my front door and back door. There is only one ceiling fan and that's in the dining room although they assured me there would be one in both bedrooms. There are also no overhead lights in the living rm and bedrooms. People hang outside until all hours of the night playing loud music and talking. My remote for the gate doesnt work sometimes. You have to get your rent check copied and signed by office personnel due to them not keeping track of whether you have paid or not. It's just extremely ghetto here. The office staff acts like theyre better than you for some weird reason. The pools are also closed very often and they always state they don't know when they will be fixed.
When you call the office and mention that you live here there's an immediate change in the office staff members voice. They always have an attitude, I'm assuming because they get alot of complaints.

lol I just moved here and still have 10 months left so I better hold off on the corporate calls until I only have a couple of months or so left. Especially since you mentioned retaliation, lol.

If I didn't know any better I would have thought I posted this myself. I JUST moved out of that roach motel the first of July. I had the same roach and ant problem. They never fixed anything nor did they EVER show ANY concern for the tenats. I actually contacted the corprate office and all it resulted in was retaliation from the office staff. I'll be glad to provide corporate's information, if you're "ballsy".
