I have lived here for over three years and am now going to be moving at the end of my lease. The office staff are nothing but rude stuck up people. This place has really gone downhill since the new office staff took over. When Crystal and Andrea were running the place everything was taken care of. Maintenence was not an issue because they made sure everything was taken care of asap! Since Greystar took over and got rid of all the good staff we had here it has been a nightmare. Rent has gone up although no improvements have been made. The crime here is worse than ever! I miss the way it was before the snobby and unhelpful office staff took over. I do not recommend living here to anyone in their right mind!!!!

Hello, I totally agree with the issues at Pinehurst Place. I escaped the first of July. However, it is not Greystar any longer - they saw what a rat dive it was shortly after purchasing it and sold it to Wesco (a company out of Calafornia)....I moved there specifically because Greystar was the management team -as I've previously lived at one of their properties. When I moved out the first of this month, I moved to another Greystar community. It is wonderful - there are NO BUGS whatsoever. I've been totatlly amazed - I expect to see something running in the kitchen each time I turn the lights on - but nothing. The grounds are always kept nice and the staff is extremely friendly, as it was with my previous Greystar experience. So, please, if you want to hate the management team - they are owned by WESTCO, not Greystar. I hate to see a company I respect be shunned - when in this circumstance, they are innocent.
