Since the new management took over the place, there have been notable upgrades in both the community facilities and individual units. They added that new gym with brand new machines and even a kitchenette, plus had the lawns landscaped and pools fixed. As a result, the compound looks more sophisticated and I like staying home more lately. My unit was also spruced up with brand new kitchen appliances.

this "review" could not be more fake...it's funny how there are all of these negative reviews & then BAM there's this person who is just ecstatic about their apt...um no & not to mention it's the same thing for the apartments that these same people own Country Club...they had a whole lot of negative reviews & then all of a sudden on the same day as this one, they get a good review...oh yeah, forgot to mention that the manager of Pinehurst Place lives there with her boyfriend who is the assistant manager at Country Club...so maybe they did do the review about THEIR apt...I'm sure it is nice since they are over the maintaince people AND have free rent AND can get anything they want done to their apt...go figure!

I have new kitchen appliances as in my unit as well but the dishwasher looks like its about to fall out everytime I open the door to it
