I am new to the Dallas area and since I did not know where to look, I went to an apartment locating agency and they recommended to me the Pinehurst Place apartments saying that it was the best apartment for your money east of Dallas. I thought OK, these people are getting paid off, so I said that I want to go and see and least 10 buildings in Mesquite and Dallas and then decide. Well, to my surprise, they were right. There was nothing in the area that even compared to this building for the amenedites and price. I strongly recommend this building to anyone looking for an affordable place to live. The apartments are nice not the newest but the price can not be beat for what else you get.
