We just moved in on 06/30/09 and already have been ROBBED through a faulty window latch by our 1st floor patio!!!
We have had the worst experience possible with this complex and its sister complex next door (Country Club apts.), since they merged business offices and employees were leaving left & right, including my orig. leasing agent).
Since we signed the ap. and made our deposit it has been hard to communicate with them as well as to have anything done in a timely manner & correctly. We had issues with getting our keys/walk thru forms, maintenance is horrible (takes long to come->weeks for non-emerg. issues), no courtesy patrol, management is rude/useless/incompetent, the apartments aren't as made up as they show you with the model and website (fixtures not the same or in great shape plus floors aren't the best faux wood look), there has been ATLEAST 3 apartment robberies and who knows how many car/outside break ins. No one at the "new office" located in Country Club apartments next door, even tries to apologize or help like they should be helping a new tenant that had already referred someone there, but have since told them not to go there.
We will not continue living there for very long since now we fear for our safety and have NO peace of mind there!!!!

wow sorry. I live here too and thankfully have not been robbed. There are alot of people just hanging out during the day. I too have had maintenance issues. I spent three hot nights in my apt before they finally fixed the air conditioner. It's terrible

I'm so sorry to hear this about your issues too! I hope you know that you could have terminated your lease due to lack of resposibility of the apts. part because of your A/C issue and all the maintenance problems, check your lease and you'll see what I'm talking about. wow...yeah I completely know what you mean about the break-in's...my boyfriend lived there for almost 3 months out of his 12 month lease & his apt got broken into during the middle of the day!! & they actually had the nerve to take their time in his apt & take pretty much everything they could...they even took his clothes, shoes, etc along with taking a flat-screen down off the wall & took all of the remotes to everything & so on & so forth...it was a mess...this break-in was actually the either 3rd or 4th within a month or so in his building alone!! they don't care...& he was starting to believe that maybe some of the staff/mainrenance had something to do with the break-ins...crazy!! but not a good place to live at all! We also lived in Country Club...it's a mess,too...they've had a lot of breakins lately too, go figure! Needless to say, his apt was broken into on 7/31, he moved out on 8/4...can't blame him!!
