I am a resident that is fixin to move, thank god. Our apartment floods everytime when it rains and they say they fixed it but they dont, we are the only white people in our building, and i also reported that a sex offender was regestered next door, but i doubt that will be fixed either. We dont even have a sidewalk going to our apartment so we do have to walk through mud and everything else for 825 a month. the residents concerns is not theres. Do yourself a favor and do not move here.
