Are you serious'' $100 water bill in an apartment'' I did not pay that much for house I was renting. Don't talk to manager, rude and disrespectful. CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!!!

Did you check and make sure you were not getting a past due amount on your billing? Sometimes NWP bills for more than the normal 30 day billing period. One resident actually was billed for a water uasge over 45 days in length and hadn't paid in 2 months and was charged a late fee. Her bill was around $100.00 as well. The summer did increase bills since all our kids are home from school. Talk to your kids about their water usage and not wasting water. It also can depend on how many people are in your unit. For instance most with 1 to 2 people will get billed approx.$30.00 and 3 to 4 people will be billed $50.00 to $60.00. If you have a billing question and can control your anger, ask the manager nicely to print out your history on billing. Also, check and make sure you don't have a neighbor with more occupants than what there should be.

The water bills are a freaking joke, everybody pays 3 times the amount they would be paying in a house. My water bill was almost $150 a month. I was paying for all that water that was constantly running in the parking lot, in the creek, filling up the pool, etc. Not for the usage in my apartment alone and you know it. Your a witch, your office smells, you rip people off, and treat people with no respect. The way you treated my family, I will never forget, and until you are gone from this property, I will sing to the mountain tops about what a crap hole your property and treatment were.
