Outrageous water bills staff is unwilling to answer questions and will not answer phones or return phone calls by messages left on machine. Pool was filthy all summer and parking lot is always wet and is now growing moss.

Pool maintenance was great all summer. If you live in such a lush landscaped apartment community you will get leaves in the water on a regular basis. Surely a few leaves don't bother you.
