Im so sorry for you, you missed living in the greatest property in Mesquite, maybe TEXAS. It has been my experience that an application is only turned down because of previous criminal history, payment history or false info given on a ap. No one would turn down a good qualified application, 100.00 is nothing compared to a good tenant that pays rent and follows rules for any period of time, what would 100.00 benefit anyone, the only time deposits are not refunded is when the Ap is clearly falsified or lied on. I find it strange that it is from anonymous. We all know how honest the office staff has been. I am still trying to figure out how my water bill for my house is less than the water bill I paid at the Apartments. Class act my @$$.
