These are the BEST apartments I have ever lived in in my life and Wanda is the best manager EVER! I moved out because I thought I wanted to rent a house but it is a lot of work having a house and I am seriously considering moving back. There is absolutely no roach problem at all and IF you see one they come that day and spray. In the two years I lived there, I only saw one roach, but they sprayed and that was that. There is almost no noise and maintenance is AWESOME! I never had to ask for anything to be fixed more than once and it was always done the same day I requested. They always let you know when they are coming in for like pest control, which they do regularly, (they leave a note on the door the whole time they are in your apt so you do not get startled when you walk in) and they leave a note, if they were in there, letting you know how long they were there and what they did. My air went out one night at 2 am and maintenance was there within 15 minutes (they have a pager for emergencies). The problem was that the main power switch tripped for some reason or another, but that is the only A/C problem I had. I think in two years I only had just a few minor things. The dishwasher clogged due to my error of putting dishes with food on them in there and my disposal clogged for that same reason and they did not fixed it, I got a NEW one!!!
I even used to take walks at night with my small kids and was not afraid of anything bad happening.
All in all, these are these best I have seen.
And one more thing, ABC pest and lawn are out there frequently. The landscaping is awesome.
