We have lived here for too long. The maintenance has gotten increasingly worse. When we first were here, they'd fix things quickly, but now all they have are handymen and not true mechanics. These are great starter apts, but I have lost patience with the cheapness.
The crime is bad, too. We have been robbed and still never see cops around.
Also, there are no gates and they KNOW gates would help, but they are too cheap to put them in!
