Nice people, but still IDIOTS!

To make a long story short, I lived there during the snow storm when the car canopys collapsed. Thank God my car didn't get smashed. Air conditioner leaked rust into bathroom, sidewalk in front of my apartment was always wet because of rain and sprinkler, especially during freezing weather, too many solicitors, poor records of your lease. Finally, they tried to evict me for an $11 water bill that I had already paid and they lost the payment!
