I have had nothing but a bad experience since I moved in these apartments. The A/C panel was leaking water into the master bathroom. I contacted the office and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. However they made a big mess in my bathroom. They also stained me shower curtain and toilet seat cover with the rust stained water that came out of the panel. I called and it took them 2 more days to come back out and clean up the mess they made (I do have pictures of the mess). I had to stay elsewhere for 3 nights. The pool was rarely clean enough to swim in. When it was people would be in it with their dogs. The maintence people are rude and just fix things to last a litle bit longer and then it's messed up again. There are never the same people in the office when I call, or go by. I was told by two different people that I would get the refundable part of my pet deposit back, once my roommate and I signed the roommate removal form because I was moving out. They said that once I move out and signed the form, they would do a walk thru and would issue me a refund. I called in today to let them know I had moved and wanted to go sign the form and them start my refund. I was told that I couldn?t get my pet deposit back until the lease was up now. Now I cannot remove my name from the lease because I don?t want my roommate to be refunded my money. I was also told today to read my lease agreement. It was never given to me. I made payments to pay my pet deposit and they said I would get a copy after I paid the pet deposit. I have yet to see it and they are telling me to read my lease agreement. What a laugh! Be very careful if you decide to rent here! Read every little thing before you sign it and make sure they give you copies of everything!!!
