during the summer the air condition broke prolly 8 times,..they would fix it and then it would break again. everytime it would take about a week for maintenance to come...i spent many nights out of my apartment b/c of this. They said it kept breaking b/c you turn it below 70 degrees,..well i should be able to turn it down more,...it goes down to 50 and if i want it on 50 i should be able to turn it down...i have had 3 people hit my car and run here,..meaning the neighbors arent too great. Theres always dog poo mud or something where you want to walk. the shower has broken, the disposal has, the carpet isnt stain resistant, blinds break off eays,..everything is just so esily broken.
they should prorate my apartment or something they never say sorry, never same person in office,..they just gave me a card and said when somethings wrong call this number and leave a message and they will get back to you.
last week i was awoken by someone banging on the door and trying to get in with a key. I went to the door and he said im here for a leak in the ceiling the key isnt working i must have the wrong one..i was like thank gawd for that and i told him NO you have the wrong apartment and he kept saying are you sure you didnt call in a leak i was like NO!
