very VERY slow response time for maintenence

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
too many problems, not enough time for only one maintenence guy to get around, office threatening to take property from the home if water bill is 2 days late, somewhat fair rent, unfair leasing options, horrible parking adequacy, i have to walk across an entire parking lot to get home, not enough parking spaces. the pools are never open when they should be and they close them all exept for one and leave it to us to try and find out which gate is open
