Not a very helpful staff. Tried to make me pay a fee to get my locks changed when they lost the key to my old one. Who wants a key to your apt floating around' Told them I wanted the locks changed and they wanted to charge me. Also watch out, the sidewalks don't have good drainage and when it rains or they have the sprinklers on the sidewalks get flooded. Better have some waterproof shoes.
