THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. THE THEFT IS UNREAL IN THESE APARTMENTS. MY BIKE WAS NEARLY STOLEN, THE THEIVES LEFT IT LAYING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT AND THE COMPLEX HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT.

I CAN PERSONALLY TELL YOU ABOUT 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY HAD THEIR CARS OR MOTORCYCLES STOLEN OUT OF THESE APARTMENTS.

THE MAINTENANCE IS SLOW, WE HAD A LEAK IN OUR BEDROOM A MONTH AGO AND WE REPPORTED THE LEAK AND THE CEILING STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. PEOPLE LET THERE DOGS RUN AROUND WITH OUT CARE. YOU CAN ALSO HERE THE UNGODLY NOISE OF IH 635 EVERY FREAKING DAY!! IT SUCKS SOMETHING NASTY!!

LAST IS THE PERSONELL IN THE MANAGERS OFFICE. THEY ARE RUDE, NOT HELPFUL AND DO NOT GIVE 2 SH*** ABOUT WHAT IS GOING AROUND IN THE APARTMENTS!!!
WE ARE MOVING OUT THIS MONTH MY FAMILY AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH THE LACK THERE OF.

i've lived here many years and i can tell you, you are right!! i also had a car stolen several years ago and had another car that got every single window beat out as i watched from my bedroom window! police said gang related. should have moved then, but as you know very expensive. the management couldn't give a s--t and the police could care less. too big a problem. this place used to not be this way. takes really really bad management for a property to decline the way this one has. they will not enforce the rules of the lease and all they can get here now is riff raff. descent people do not want to live here. if you love loud bong bong music,dont mind seeing thugs walk the streets all hours of the night, partying,drinking,if you are into theiving, dont mind dooky in the yard etc, and uncontrolable ANTS, this is the place for you!! yOU will never have to worry about be caught or being evicted! the descent people are the ones they want to leave. i am also moving and counting the days and when i leave, i will have my own post, so stay tuned. run from this place!!!
