I have lived here for a while and counting the days till I get out of my lease.. When I first moved here a few years ago it was owned by a different company and was quite.. nice everything worked... Now that another company bought them out there goal is to get as much people as they can even if its trash... I understand the pools are not open year around but you can atleast keep them clean year around.. Its the first part of may and all the pools are filthy.. Of course there is never a parking spot near ur apartment always have to walk half a mile... Get ready to hear car music at 4am just about everynight and horns honking and fights.. I have witnessed several fights in the parking lot since living here even a police chase... They even used to use the model apartment for some undercover thing with cops.. You would notice all the usual unmarked cop cars once a month before u know it they have someone walking out in handcuffs from the model apartment... Very unsafe!!!!! Everyone is great in the office... Just the noise and crime here are horrible... They move tons of trashy loud people in run the apartments down then they raise the rent.. no one will pay what the want now to live here.. Its a waste... if it was cheaper it would be fine.. but they hiked there prices up alot and there are way better apartments around here that cost the same..... If u like noise...crime..fights all night long live here....
