i live at prescott place apartments with my mom and my boyfriend was visiting me for fourth of july, he rescues pitbulls and brought a 7 month old puppy to show me. he took her outside for a walk and the manager saw him with the dog and immediatly ran up verbally harassing him, asking him where he lived, yelling "he and the dog had better get the hell off the property" saying the dog is illegal to have on the complex(the dog was on a leash) he told her that there wasnt a problem, to calm down and that he was just visiting and would be leaving shortly, she pointed at him and screamed that he was the problem. he became defensive and stated crazy people like her are the reason the world is the way it is and then she procceeded to call the police on him saying that he was threatening her. 3 police cars came and she had the police file a trespassing charge and threatened to "have the dog taken by the humane society" (meanwhile the dog is licking at the policemen and wagging its tail.) this incident was blown horribley out of proportion by this so called manager. 2 weeks before this nightmare our car was broken into and our cd player stolen by thieves who came in through A GATE THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF PRESCOTT PLACE PUT THERE due to people breaking the boards to go through from one complex to another for drugs. they are contributing to the drug trafficing and thieves, cars are broken into on a constant basis and a woman was held at gun point in the begining of the year. the manager threatened to evict my mom for her visitor and his dog. this is rediculous. the complex is trashy, over priced, the maintence never fix anything, there is a horrible over population of stray kittens and cats. many of which are hit by cars. i would never move here willing and dont think anyone should set themself up for this hell no matter how desperate they are for a place to stay.

Be careful! the manager will report you asa an eviction even though you were never truly evicted. I now have an eviction on my record because of her. I had neighbors making noise & then when other neighbors complained, I was blamed. When I moved, at the end of my lease, the manager reported me as an eviction. Here it is two years later & I am still trying to get this mess cleaned up.
