when i first moved in it was fine but since the complex has been sold god knows how many times, it has turned to ----. my water sucks no pressure or hot water now for 4 days. the answering service ----- is rude and it doesnt accomplish much to call them so dont waste your time doing it. my car has been broken into once during the day imagine that. the management team has turned to ---- since the complex got sold. some of the maintenance men actually do a good job and some of them dont, but it takes about 2 yrs get someone to respond. parking was an issue but since all of the illegals moved i now can park with a mile of my apartment. Overall this place was niced when I moved in about 2 yrs ago but over time it has been reduced to GRADE A --------. Overpriced and it just sucks ass.
