I lived in a two bedroom apartment for 11 months. The energy bill was running 400.00 dollars a month.

I ALWAYS HAD A HIGH BILL TOO, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE NO LIGHTS IN THE BEDROOMS. I FIGURED I WAS PAYING TO KEEP THE POOL LIT & HEATED.
