poor management and apartment falling apart

Car stereo was stolen. Management has an attitude when presented with apartment issues. They said our rent wouldn't go up before we asked to renew the lease, it was past the 1mo. mark when we began the paperwork and the rent went up. In one year the water bill has gone up 85%. Water problems, went several days on and off with scalding water and could not shower. It took them over a month to fix. No one cleans up after their pet, so the children cannot play in the grassy areas. Carpet is the cheapest. There's more, but I think this is convincing enough on why not to move to this place.
