i've lived here for a few months now & only 1 of the few have i had cold water. do you know what it's like to not be able to shower, because the water becomes increasingly hotter,to the point of scalding so you settle for a bath, this way you can fill the tub up, then let it set for an hour or so till the tempature is then safe enough to enter. i would not reccomend anyone moving here. the "element" they allow to infiltrate this place is intollerable.

This place is a mess. Car racing out of control.Sprinklers waste water by watering the stree splashing cars-very dangerous. Old junk cars everywhere. Nothing is fixed. Nut cases live there drug addicts. STAY AWAY. There sign should say FREE RENT and FREE TROUBLE

adjust the thermostat on the hot water heater....that will fix the hot water problem! this apartment complex is not so bad! my parents live'd there for 15 years. it was great.the only reason they moved was they bought a house so the grandkids could play.
