I recently moved in. So far so good. The leasing agent in the office Tamara was very helpful. My apartment was very clean. I even got a new refrigator and new carpet. Parking has not been a problem at all. All the neighbors seem to be very nice. I always have hot water and great water pressure. This is by far the nicest apartment I have lived in for the money. I have paid alot more and had alot worse then this place.I guess I must be lucky where I am located because the noise here seems to be very minimal in this area. I do agree the apartments are starting to show their age. But,for the money its to be expected.

That is the biggest hang out in Mesquite and a very dangerous area...Those apartments have lots of break-ins and cars stolen...WAKE UP...you must have lived in the ghetto before this.....

I have lived here off and on for 3 years, and agree that these apts have gone down hill. My child cannot even walk in the parking lot without gang banging thugs trying to run him down. Walked outside the other day and there was a pickup up on blocks, tires, everything was stripped down!! The maintenance is TERRIBLE. All of my appliances are from the 70's, the fridge is all rusted out, and they had maintenace come and SPRAY PAINT over the rust instead of replacing. The windows are crap and the front door wont shut all the way. Needless to say, I didn't re new my lease and am moving to house. I am willing to pay the additional money for a house. I am ashamed to bring anyone here to visit. The pools are a disgrace as well.
