I lived at Presocct Place for five years, and it got increasingly trashier. Maintenance was super slow...sometimes not coming at all. Security became an issue toward the end, and after I had two of my tires slashed, I decided to get out of there. There's always "undesireables" hanging out the in parking lot making you feel like you're living in a drug house. I wouldn't go back there to pick up my old mail!
