These apartments are trashy. We have lived here for almost 3 yrs. The first year we lived in a one bedroom, and everything was okay. The area was nice and quiet, no bugs, not major problems.
Then we moved into a 2 bedroom. It has gone downhill! We have had problems with mice, roaches, some more bugs. And neighbors have played their music so loud that our dishes would rattle in the cabinet--no joke! Management is RUDE and not very friendly when you have a problem.
We are moving out at the end of our lease, and it cannot come soon enough.
Carpet is cheap but cost you a fortune to replace. The cabinets are crappy. The garbage disposal, it's just crappy! It gets stopped up right after repair!
Again, I would not move here. The rent is cheap, but you pay for what you get. And if you want bugs and mice, and not so friendly people...then move in. If not, stay far away!!!!

WOW, APPARENTLY IT WASNT THAT BAD FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU LIVED THERE "3 DAMN YEARS"!!! SO CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOURSELF THERE?? IF I DIDNT LIKE THE APT COMPLEX I SURE HELL WOULDNT BE LIVING THERE FOR MORE THAN ONE LEASE!! SO, YEAH, YOU COULDNT REALLY RELY ON THIS COMMENT BECAUSE THESE MORONS SIGNED A FEW LEASES, AND DO YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO COMPLAIN??? HELL NO!!! NOW GET TO KICKING ROCKS YOU TOOL!!!!

She said the first year was okay. Things got worse after moving to the new apartment. When I lived there, I signed a two-year lease. So, maybe that's what this person did. Where do you get off chastising her for voicing an opinion and relating her experiences? Do you have anything constructive to add to the conversation? ...I didn't think so.
